Thank you for your interest in Cornerstone Professional Property Management. Please read through the information on this page in its entirety before you submit an application.
All rental properties listed on our website have specific dates of availability and we cannot hold properties for a long period of time. We reserve the right to change the date of availability to coincide with the property being rent ready. We do not show the rental properties until they are rent ready. Once the rental properties listed are available to view we will begin scheduling showing appointments.
We strongly recommend that you arrive to the scheduled appointment with all application requirements in hand. Applications submitted will not be processed completely until everything required is received. Once everything is received it typically take 3 to 5 business days to process not including holidays. Please make note that we often receive multiple applications for the same exact properties. We do not accept applications on a first come first served basis. Nor do we accept other company applications.
Be aware that not every application can be approved. Other applications might have been submitted by other prospects prior to your application submission and are actively being processed. Our company has a contractual obligation to the property owner to keep the property listed until an approved application is chosen.
Background checks are electronically processed through a Nationwide Screening Partner immediately upon payment and submission therefore all application fees are non-refundable. Application Fee: $35 Per Adult (regardless of income)
Cashier’s Check or Money Order Only
Pet Application Fee: $20 for the 1st pet / $15 for the 2nd pet / $0 for service/companion/assistance animals.

Arrive on time as scheduled or call at least an hour ahead to cancel or reschedule. When viewing the property please make sure to bring everyone in the decision-making process. Submit an application, required supporting documentation and fees.
Submit a complete application by either fax, mail, email or in person. A complete application is one that has every category filled out, signed and dated by every applicant 18 and over. Submit all supporting documentation.
Pay all non-refundable application fees for anyone 18 and over by either cashier’s check, money order or online. Cash and or checks will not be accepted. Visit our third-party pet screening site to pay your pets non-refundable application fees online.
Submit a copy of your Identification Card & Social Security Card
Submit two months bank statements
Submit two most current verifiable forms of income that equal two times the rent:
- Tax Statements
- Disability Statements
- Child Support
- Schedule an appointment to submit a $500 Holding Deposit that will be applied to the overall move-in cost.
- Schedule a move-in date.
- Call for utilities to be activated upon move-in: Water, Trash, Gas, Electric
- Obtain and submit Renters Insurance
- Pay first months rent and Security Deposit Upon Move-in
