Pet Policy
We're Pet-Friendly
Our company is pet-friendly and many of our homes do allow pets. However, whether we allow pets is ultimately the decision of our homeowners. If there is a property that interests you and you would like to know if it allows pets, please make an inquiry by providing the property address, animal type, breed type and quantity to team@cornerstoneppm.com. Note that due to insurance regulations, certain breeds are not accepted. We strongly recommend that you inquire and obtain pet approval prior to submitting an application since application fees are non-refundable.
Our pet policy is as follows:
We charge $150 Per Pet: Two Pets Maximum due with move-in funds. Rental applicants with household pets or service/companion/assistance animals are required to submit a per pet application through a third-party pet screening vendor as part of our rental application process.
